My name is Jan and I am the owner of Integrity Massage Therapy. I am a fully Registered Massage Therapist and offer you a calm, restful, and relaxing environment where you can come to receive massage therapy treatment as part of your ongoing health care and wellness program.

I have received my training with Alberta Massage Training in Edmonton and am registered with the Remedial Massage Therapists Association. If you have insurance coverage for Massage Therapy through employment, you can claim the costs of my services with your benefits program.

If this is your first time receiving massage therapy, I want to assure you, I understand that some people feel nervous before receiving their first massage treatment. I always take the time to do a private consultation with you at the beginning of the appointment, to understand fully what specific needs you have as well as to answer any questions you may have. I will thoroughly explain the techniques that can be used and together we will decide what treatment best suits your present health needs. My desire is to assist you to optimum health and wellness in relaxing, restful, and restorative massage therapy sessions.

Some clients feel worried about undressing during the treatment session. Please be assured that you will be securely covered throughout the whole treatment session and you only take off as much clothing as you are comfortable with removing.
